Suggested Use:
1-2 capsules twice daily away from food. Ideally, first dose in the morning before breakfast and second dose 30 minutes before patient routinely experiences an energy or adrenal low in early afternoon. For best results take daily for first four months and then one week break every 8-12 weeks.
