When your body requires supplementation, you want to support it with quality nutrients. However, not all supplements are created equal. In fact some supplements do not contain the ingredients and amounts listed on their label or worse yet, contain fillers. This is why at our online dispensary, we subject our supplements to rigorous third party testing. We sell only nutraceutical-grade supplements so you can be confident that you are getting the nutrients indicated on the label. Please note that you may request Certificates of Analysis on any of our supplements.
Most orders placed by 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
HOLIDAYSOrders placed on the following holidays will not be processed and shipped until the next business day:

The Institute of Complementary Medicine is not responsible for delays in delivery due to inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via email of any backorders, including estimated time of arrival. To expedite your order, we may need to send two separate shipments (in-stock vs. back-ordered) at no additional cost to you.
INTERNATIONALAt this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship orders within the continental United States.
SHIPPING FEES AND TAXESAll orders over $100 (before tax) are eligible for free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate mailing fee of $10.00 per order.
SHIPPING METHODAll packages are delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days within the continental United States for in-stock items. Items that are back-ordered or out of stock may take 2-7 business days. The Institute of Complementary Medicine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
TRACKING INFORMATIONWe recommend using the USPS tracking number in your shipment confirmation email to keep an eye on your order. If you do not receive an email, please contact us to assist you in tracking your order and provide you with an estimated date of arrival. Please have your order number and/or order information available to expedite the tracking of your order.
WRONG ORDERIf you experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Incorrect or damaged products will be replaced and shipped at no additional cost to you. If the incorrect product was mistakenly ordered, a new order will need to be placed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGESReturns or exchanges of unopened items can be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are only provided for the price of the supplement(s) (and do not include shipping charges or discounts used at time of purchase).
RETURN SHIPPINGWhen returning supplements, we recommend that you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number.
